A Ministry-listed dental polyclinic in two branches with a named founder-surgeon. Who places the implants, where crowns are made and how many visits are needed are for you to confirm in writing.
The Turkish site says Novusklinik has served Istanbul's Kadıköy and Kartal since 2009 and has about 40 staff. The English site says Kadıköy since 2009. Both list the same two addresses.
The Turkish about page names Dr. Mustafa Sabri Şencan, an oral, dental and maxillofacial surgeon and implantology specialist, as founder. The Turkish team page lists four people (two doctors and two dentists); the English staff page lists six doctors. Only two names appear on both.
Implant, veneer, Digital Smile Design and orthodontic pages are on the site. They say an implantology specialist chooses the implant type and length, and that treatment can be completed in one to three days with a single-stage method, but they do not name who performs each step.
