What data we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out the plan form, enquiry form, or chat with Ali — including your name, email address, travel dates, health interests, and any clinical details you choose to share. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) when you consent.
How we use your data
Your data is used to: (1) personalise programme recommendations; (2) connect you with vetted partner clinics and wellness centres; (3) respond to your enquiries; (4) improve our services. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Sharing with partner clinics
When you express interest in a specific programme, we share only the information necessary to facilitate that enquiry (name, travel dates, health interests) with the relevant partner provider. All partners are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy law.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our site. Analytics scripts are only loaded after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage. See our Cookies Policy for details.
Data retention
Enquiry and plan data is retained for up to 36 months to allow follow-up on multi-year health journeys. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised after 14 months. You may request deletion at any time.

Changes
