Referral, not treatment
Bookings facilitated through TurkeyHealth.care are contracts between you and the partner clinic or wellness provider. Silver Circle Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary. We are not party to the treatment contract and accept no liability for the medical outcomes of any procedure.
Payments and cancellations
Deposit and payment terms are set by each partner provider and communicated at the time of booking. Cancellation policies vary by provider. Review them carefully before confirming. TurkeyHealth.care charges no platform fee to end users.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, programme descriptions, and brand assets — is owned by Silver Circle Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Circle Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or from services provided by partner clinics.
Governing law
