Cosmedica is run by Cosmedica Estetik Turizm Sağlık ve Hizm. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., according to its contact page. Dr. Levent Acar's page says he graduated from Istanbul University Çapa Faculty of Medicine, trained through Dr. Horst-Schmidt-Kliniken programmes in FUE and medical aesthetics, and founded Cosmedica in 2007.

The home page says Dr. Acar plans every transplant and personally designs the hairline, and that he performed his transplants together with his medical team. It does not describe the team's qualifications or who does extraction or implantation. We therefore call the clinic team-led and leave the steps to confirm.

The home page header gives an Etiler address; the contact page and the about page give a Şişli address. We show both and do not choose between them.
